How the crank works
- 01. Sealed cables deposit 0.05% of route value into the escrow PDA.
- 02. Anyone calls `crank` on the program.
- 03. 50% of the balance is burned. 49% is routed to the stake vault as revenue. 1% to the caller.
- 04. Stake vault redemption rate goes up. Token supply goes down.
