THE DIPLOMATIC TREATY OF USE

Last updated 2026-05-21

I. Nature of the service

DPLMT is a non-custodial cross-chain bridge aggregator. The diplomat compares quotes from third-party bridge protocols and helps you prepare a transaction. The diplomat does not custody, route, or transmit your funds. All signing happens in your wallet.

II. No advice, no warranty

Nothing on DPLMT is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Quotes are non-binding and may move between fetch and sign. Bridges may fail, congest, or misbehave. You alone decide whether to sign, and you accept the consequences.

DPLMT is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPLMT, its contributors, and its labs disclaim all liability for losses or damages arising from the use of the service, the bridges it surfaces, or any token referenced.

III. $DPLMT token

The $DPLMT token is a utility instrument used to coordinate features of the protocol (rate limit tiers, staking, governance). It is not a security, share, deposit, or promise of future profit. Token holders bear all market risk. The token is not offered to, and may not be acquired by, persons in jurisdictions where its distribution is restricted by law.

IV. Acceptable use

  • Do not use DPLMT for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to overwhelm the rate-limit, exfiltrate quote feeds at industrial scale, or scrape the booth-comparison engine for redistribution without attribution.
  • Bots and integrators are welcome -- file a cable in the diplomatic channel for an elevated tier instead of evading the limit.

V. Open source

Public components live at https://github.com/dplmt-labs/dplmt under the MIT license. The routing engine, scoring weights, and intent parser are inspectable.

VI. Changes

DPLMT may revise this treaty as the protocol evolves. Material changes are announced from the official diplomatic channel. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance.
