I. Premise
Cross-chain transfers are a translation problem. Eight liquidity protocols already exist; each has its own grammar, its own latency, its own seal. DPLMT treats them as eight translator booths in a single diplomatic round table and lets users pick the cleanest signature in one motion.
II. The Round Table
We integrate Wormhole, deBridge, Mayan, Stargate, Allbridge, Hyperlane, Across and Synapse. Each call for a quote is fanned out in parallel; partial failures do not block the table. A weighted scoring function ranks the booths by amount-out, finality, security and slippage; the user picks the sort (Cheapest / Fastest / Safest / Balanced) and the diplomat stamps the winning channel.
III. The Briefcase
DPLMT never holds funds. Each route is a raw transaction the user signs with their own wallets -- Solana Wallet Adapter for SVM, Wagmi + RainbowKit for EVM. The diplomat hands you the briefcase; you alone hand it to the courier.
IV. The Diplomat's Stamp
Every sealed cable carries:
- Source and destination chain
- Token symbol and amount in / out
- Booth name + security rating
- Finality estimate + slippage band
- Both transaction hashes once executed
V. Two Hooks
DPLMT opens in two acts. The first plenary is the Comparator -- you can already compare quotes without connecting a wallet. The second plenary unseals the Execute page, the Intent NLP dictation, the OTC side room and the Web Push notifications.
VI. Tokenomics
$DPLMT is the consumable of the round table. A 0.05% routing fee on each sealed cable is auto-routed to a buyback & burn that retires $DPLMT from circulation. The supply schedule is conventional pump.fun launch -- no presale, no team allocation outside an OTC desk reserve.
VII. The Treaty
DPLMT does not endorse any specific bridge. The diplomat is an aggregator, not a counterparty. If a booth misbehaves, lower its seal in the curation table and the score function will route around it. The round table is permissionless; the seal is not.
